In general, it is best to avoid exposing Agaves to extreme temperature fluctuations. Protect them from cold drafts and sudden changes in temperature. Humidity: Agaves prefer dry environments and can tolerate low humidity levels. In fact, excessive humidity can cause fungal diseases, root rot, and other problems. Aim to maintain a relative humidity level of around 40 to 60%. You can achieve this by ensuring good air circulation around the plant, avoiding overwatering, and using a well-draining soil mix.
