African Fern Pines can be propagated through a few different methods: 1. Seed propagation - Collect mature cones, extract the seeds, and sow them in well-draining soil. 2. Stem cuttings - Take 6-8 inch cuttings with several leaves and remove the lower leaves. Plant the cuttings in well-draining soil and keep moist. 3. Air layering - Select a healthy branch, make a 1-inch cut in the bark, and apply rooting hormone. Wrap damp sphagnum moss around the cut and cover with plastic wrap. When roots have formed, cut the branch below the new roots and plant in well-draining soil.
